Sorry! As per our store policy, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We truly appreciate your support and understanding that our products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

At Bee Collection, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into each of our products/services. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) customer dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or misuse of the product.

We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully and reach out to us with any questions prior to completing their purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund, no-return, and no-replacement policy.

Exceptions to this policy will only be made at our sole discretion, and only in the case of proven product defects or shipping errors, and must be reported within 2 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photo and parcel opening video evidence and your order details. If an exception is granted, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may include a replacement item or store credit.
