Courier Partner

For deliveries across India, we ship our orders to customers via India Post, as we consider India Post to be the most reliable and secure delivery courier partner. Customers who pay for their orders before 3 PM will receive their order dispatch information via WhatsApp on the same day, while those who pay after 3 PM will receive the dispatch information the following day. ​​In some cases where the delivery via India post is not possible, we consider another delivery partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, Ekart etc.

Bee Collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the India Post. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the India Post directly to file a claim. However, we’re happy to assist you in resolving issues – please contact us.
